This
is an abstract painting made with acrylic on canvas. It was inspired by
the birth of my
12th niece. I used shapes and forms to produce
an effect that brings
joy to my heart anytime I behold it. Traditionally in Nigerian Ibo
culture,
clay pots are used during marriage ceremonies and they signify
fertility, thus I added a couple of pots.
